Upward Training & Development was founded in 2022 by Megan Bujnowski, who wanted to see safety training within the at height industries revolutionized. As an ISA Certified Arborist who has been active in the tree care industry for over 20 years, she saw an innate need to bring affordable, specialized safety training solutions to large and small companies alike across the country. By utilizing enthusiasm and innovation she believes we can create positive change by inspiring people to adopt better safety practices. Thus creating positive, safe, and harmonious work place environments.

MEGAN BUJNOWSKI
CEO & Lead Instructor
Megan is a professional trainer with an infectious enthusiasm for safety, as well as 20+ years of industry experience. ISA Certified Arborist, TCIA Certified Tree Care Professional, & SPRAT lvl 1 Rope Technician are a few of the qualifications she currently obtains, as well as both an Associates Degree in Forest Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry. She has worked for industry leading companies such as Husqvarna, Wright Tree Service, and SAI Communications before moving on to train independently, at her company Upward Training & Development LLC.
